SE series Double Stage

The Super Energy two-stage compression series adopts a horizontal two-stage compression screw compression main unit, segmented compression and cooling oil injection between stages, making the compression process more isothermal compression and high compression efficiency. The main unit is arranged horizontally, with a low center of gravity, small vibration and stable operation. The main motor is coaxial and integrated, with a transmission efficiency of 100%. The oil-cooled high-efficiency permanent magnet motor has a protection level of IP65, which is not afraid of harsh working conditions. The motor has a low operating temperature, good stability and high efficiency. The series energy efficiency level is better than the national first-level energy efficiency standard.

Synchronous motor Stepless speed control

Electronic speed control is used in the two-stage compression, and the first and second stage hosts realize synchronous stepless speed control to meet different needs. Motor efficiency 95.5%, energy saving 4.1%, large torque and smooth running.

High efficiency filtration system

-Efficient oil and gas separator so that exhaust oil content is less than 3ppm;

-High-efficiency oil filter, filter out impurities in lubricating oil, provide clean lubricating oil for the rotor and bearing of the head;

-One and two-stage host for wide frequency adjustment. Large rotor, low speed. Its horizontal structure, which is horizontally arranged, has a lower centre of gravity, more stable operation and lower noise.

Dual variable frequency constant temperature and pressure system

-Increased radiator area, rust-proof and anti-corrosion coating on the surface, and easy-to-clean design, ensuring a long lifespan and excellent heat dissipation.

-This system maintains a constant temperature during operation, preventing issues like oil line blockage and carbon buildup due to high temperatures.

Cooling system

-Plate-fin air-cooled heat exchangers or shell-and-tube water-cooled heat exchangers are used to suit customers with different usage conditions.

-The heat exchanger is designed and manufactured to increase the heat exchange area by more than 30%.

-It still has a good cooling effect when the ambient temperature is 45°C; it ensures that there will be no shutdown at high temperature, and at the same time prolongs the life of lubricating oil by 20%.

IOT Technology

The cloud platform can record and provide the operating status and operating parameters of the wind turbines bound to the platform, as well as perform fault alarm and data recording analysis. Users can log in to the platform to realize remote monitoring and energy-saving settings management, enabling users to realize real-time equipment management. At present, the IoT cloud platform provides ANDRIOD, IOS, and PC clients, and open interfaces to link with third-party software such as ERP, providing users with more possibilities.
